A strong employer brand starts by revealing what exists. Your job is to uncover who the company is and what it’s really like to work there. But that’s only half the job. You can’t stop there.
Because there are few people in the position you’re in, one that can see so much of the company, the different locations, teams, roles, styles, purposes, and desires. And with that position comes the responsibility for you to make the company better, to make the company more like the company it wants to be.
