No matter how cool or revolutionary the tool or tactic, they offer incremental increases in value over what you’re doing today. We’ve become so focused on eking out just a little more value out of our process, we’ve lost sight of the forest for the trees. We’re optimized, but we aren’t getting anywhere. It’s time to take the next leap forward, to re-think everything from the ground up to truly give recruiting and HR a seat at the business decision-making table.
