Getting better is great. Sometimes, as we explore and experiment with recruiting and employer branding ideas, focusing on getting a little better might be all we can shoot for. But an over-reliance on optimization, the 2%, 3%, 5% increases year of year of our channels and tactics, leads to stagnation.
