I know you think that if you make a video or write a nice story about your company, you are engaging in “storytelling” to recruit. Sorry. You’re not even close. Storytelling isn’t when you tell a story, it’s when the candidate can see themselves in a story, one where they are the hero, where they make their own choices and defeat the villain. Your “storytelling” involved you being the hero (who would ever want to be in THAT story?).
