The most common question about employer brand tends to completely miss the point of what an employer brand is and how it works. “How can I make my employer brand more [diverse, fun, exciting, energetic, collaborative, employee-focused, et al]?” The problem is that if you’re asking how to make your brand more X, its likely that your company isn’t that way at all. How can you make a brand more diverse/fun/et al when you’re not? You can’t.
